Information Collection During Use
We will clearly inform you of what information we collect and how we will use it. Our aim is to ensure that you understand why we need specific types of information and how we use them. Please rest assured that all the information we collect is to provide corresponding functions or services, and there will be no unnecessary data collection.
1. Information Collected
When you use the relevant functions of Siena, we may request you to provide personal information, which specifically includes but is not limited to the following aspects:
- Crash Logs: Used to analyze abnormal application crashes during operation, identify root causes, and optimize the program.
- Email: May be used for user login verification and to facilitate access to more functions available only after logging in.
- Name and Gender: Helps provide more personalized AI chat services, making conversation addressing and tone better align with your usage habits.
- AI Chat: Relevant data is used to analyze user-AI interactions, gain insights into conversation scenarios and common needs, and further optimize response quality.
- Microphone: We only activate the microphone function in specific scenarios where AI chat clearly notifies you and you actively consent (e.g., voice input, voice calls). The audio information captured is only used for immediate functional purposes (converting voice to text or real-time communication). We firmly promise not to collect, store, transmit, or use any audio data without your explicit consent. Audio information will not be used for user profiling or data analysis. Once you turn off the microphone or end the scenario, the microphone stops working and no relevant data is retained.
The core purpose of collecting the aforementioned data is to analyze the operational status of the AI chat feature, optimize conversation relevance, and ultimately comprehensively enhance your user experience and service quality.
